Technical Sales Manager – South East Asia

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our resellers and expanding our customer base in the South East Asia. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our partners, and providing technical expertise to meet the unique needs of our resellers & clients in these regions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Reseller Support
    • Collaborate with our network of resellers in South East Asia and Africa to ensure they have the necessary tools, information, and support to effectively market and sell our software solutions
  2. Customer Engagement
    • Identify and engage with potential customers, including print houses, packaging manufacturers, and label producers, to understand their specific prepress needs
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our software solutions
  3. Sales Growth
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territories
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and qualification
  4. Technical Expertise
    • Act as a technical resource for customers and resellers, offering guidance and solutions to address their unique prepress challenges
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations
  5. Relationship Building
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, resellers, and key stakeholders
    • Provide exceptional customer sales support and serve as a trusted advisor
  6. Market Insights
    • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements
    • Provide input to the product management team to ensure our solutions meet regional market requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, or similar)
  • Proven track record in technical sales, preferably in the software or printing/packaging industry
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand and explain complex software solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned countries on a regular base
